• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP, E£, LE) and may change at any time.
• Full payment is required at checkout via Visa, Mastercard, Meeza or Apple Pay.

3. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

• If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver only to Giza and Cairo.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
